How long does is take for my item to be shipped and delivered?

For UK deliveries please allow 2-3 working days

For deliveries in other countries please allow between 5 - 7 working days

Any orders placed on the weekend will be shipped out in the next 1-2 working days. You will receive an email when your item has been dispatched.

Please note these delivery times are estimates and can depend on things like postal strikes, busy periods such as Christmas and other factors beyond our control.

 

What if I have put in the wrong address?

Please ensure you have filled out your address correctly, 'Saraii' is not responsible for parcels that go to a different address because the address has been filled out incorrectly.

 

Which postal service are parcels posted with?

UK parcels are posted via 'Royal Mail'

Our International parcels are posted via 'Parcel Force'

 

Do I need to pay taxes and duties on top of my order?

'Saraii' is not responsible or liable for any customs clearance fees your country may charge. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. If you are unsure if your country will charge additional fees, you could explore the option of contacting your country's official customs trade and tariff website.
