How do I return an item/s?

To return an item/s please go to our returns portal to purchase a returns label.

What is your returns policy?

Your item can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your item/s. Item/s must be returned with all swing tags, labels, hygiene labels in the bikini bottoms, & security tags attached in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items must also be unwashed, damage free, hair free, stain free, free from any odours, perfume scents, marks, and makeup to be accepted for a refund.

If any item is returned outside of the 14 days returns window, and if any item is not in line with any of the above things listed, we reserve the right to return the item back to you via the address provided and a refund will not be processed. This ensures that we can keep a high hygiene standard of ensuring all of our customers receive their orders in the best condition.

 

Can I have a refund on sale items?

We do not offer refunds / exchanges on sale items, please refer to the size chart to check measurements to ensure an accurate fit before purchasing.

 

How long does it take to process my return?

- After we have received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed. 

  • Refunds will be returned to your original payment method.
  •  Please keep a copy of your returns receipt until we have confirmed that we have received your return

 

Do you offer Exchanges?

We do not offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee we will have your size in stock by the time you have returned your item. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

 

Are returns free?

Returns charges are the responsibility of the customer and the returns fee will be deducted from your refund amount. Shipping costs are non refundable.
