How can I track my order?
Once your item has been dispatched, you will receive an email with your order details, tracking number and postal service with information on how you can track your order.
How long does is take for my item to be shipped and delivered?
For UK deliveries please allow 2-3 working days
For deliveries in other countries please allow between 5 - 7 working days
Please note these delivery times are estimates and can depend on things like postal strikes, busy periods such as Christmas and other factors beyond our control
What is your returns policy?
Your item can be returned within 14 days from the day you receive your item/s. Item/s must be returned with all labels, hygiene labels & security tags attached in the original packaging to be eligible for a refund. Items must also be damage free, free from any odours, perfume scents, marks, makeup to be accepted for a refund. If any item is returned outside of the 14 days returns window, and if any item has any of the above things listed, the item will be returned back to you via the address provided and a refund will not be processed. This ensures that we can keep a high standard of ensuring all of our customers receive their orders in the best condition.
Do you offer Exchanges?
We do not offer exchanges, as we cannot guarantee we will have your size in stock by the time you have returned your item. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
If you would like to cancel your order please fill out the contact form on our 'Contact Us' page as soon as possible and a member of our team will look into this for you. Once the item has been dispatched unfortunately we will not be able to change or cancel the order, and you will need to return the item for a full refund.

You can contact us by filling out our general inquiries form on our contact us page. Please input your customer details and order number for us to help you as quickly as possible.
Do I need to pay taxes and duties on top of my order?
'Saraii' is not responsible or liable for any customs clearance fees your country may charge. Our prices do not include relevant overseas duties and other customs charges you may incur when purchasing and importing to your country. If you are unsure if you your country will charge additional fees, you could explore the option of contacting your country's official customs trade and tariff website.
How long does it take to process my return?
After we have received your return, please allow up to 10 working days for your return to be processed.
What if the item I want is out of stock?
'Saraii' does limited runs of product, in the case that we do re stock a style, please subscribe to our mailing list here for more information.
